This workshop is intended to be a hands-on experience. Every participant will have pre work assigned prior to the workshop. The investment you make in preparation for the event will ensure a personal and unique approach to meet your needs. We’ll work on an individual and group basis to broaden our scope and learn from everyone’s experiences.
AUTHENTICITY
We begin our workshop by setting the foundation through authenticity. Between personalized assessments and word associations, participants walk away with a full understanding of their authentic behaviors, needs, and values.
EXPECTATIONS
Now that we defined a foundation of authenticity and what that means for each individual, it’s time to prioritize the communication of our expectations. We’ll work on real-life scenarios and understand how we put expectations into practice.
BOUNDARIES
Boundaries are an important part of living authentically. Yet, they’re not often prioritized. This portion of the workshop is dedicated to the framework you’ll need to apply and maintain important boundaries.
